Still More Old Days

Picture and Names courtesy of Andrea Curry Good.  I think this was at Greiner.
These pictures were sent in by Barbara Nance Cope.  The team is the Elmwood Baptist team sponsored by Marion Snyder Piano Co.  There only two of our classmates in this pic, but there are others al least some of you will know.  Date unknown at this time.  On the back row. third person is David McGlamery, next Jack Whiteside(now deceased), next is Jerry Brooks.  Front row, 3rd is Lewis (Buddy) Hamilton, 6th is Lee Smith, last Leon Nance.
This is the same team, apparently a little later (maybe the next yeat?).  Several are labelled, but Jack Whiteside is not.  He's first on the left back row.
Thanks to Bill Thompson's daughter, Carol Nelson in Nashville, TN, we have a number of nostalgic items to view.  Just click on the underlined item to go to an image:

According to Charles Shores(the guy circled and labelled above), Sunset '52, and brother of our late classmate Margaret Shores, this picture was taken in '52 instead of '49 as captioned by the DMN.  Charles was a senior and President of the club when this was taken.
Below is a program for a performance by the A Cappela Choir, which included some our classmates and is not related to the picture just above.
